Exclusive full day access on the day of your event.
Full access on the afternoon and evening prior to your event for rehearsal, decorating, etc.
Receiving and storing commercial deliveries during the week of your event

Staff member on site during your event to oversee property and event
Rehearsal time scheduled anytime during the week of your event

Trash disposal
A signed contract and $500 deposit is required to reserve a date for an event. In the contract you will find details about: check-in and out times, vendors, payment policy and other rules and regulations.
